The iPhone/Android app you want to use to record messages for your phone system is called Broadsoft Recorder. Recording messages this way allows LunaTech's support staff to upload those messages into your account rather than you dialing into the phone system to record a message. This app saves the file as a .wav file and then the file can be emailed to LunaTech via our ticketing system at support@lunatechit.com.
