Changing a Voicemail Greeting that is attached to an Auto-Attendant

From Inside The Office

  1. Dial into the Voice Portal's extension. (By default, this is 999. If this extension doesn't work for you, please contact LunaTech Support.)
  2. Press the star key *
  3. Enter the extension for your voicemail box when prompted. (This is the auto attendant's extension.)
  4. Enter the passcode for your voicemail box when prompted followed by the # key.  (This passcode is the auto attendant's voicemail box passcode.  If you do not have it or need it reset, please contact LunaTech Support.)
  5. Press 1 to access your voicemail box.
  6. Press 3 to change the no-answer greeting.
  7. Follow the prompts from this point forward.

From Outside The Office

  1. Dial your office main line or the desired Auto Attendant's number (if these are not the same or if you have multiple Auto-Attendants).
  2. Dial the Voice Portal's extension. (By default, this is 999, unless changed for your organization.)
  3. Enter the extension for your voicemail box when prompted.  (This is the auto attendant's extension.)
  4. Enter the passcode for your voicemail box when prompted followed by the # key.  ((This passcode is the auto attendant's voicemail box passcode.  If you do not have it or need it reset, please contact LunaTech Support.)
  5. Press 1 to access your voicemail box.
  6. Press 3 to change the no-answer greeting.
  7. Follow the prompts from this point forward.
