Changing The Auto-Attendant Message/Script
From Inside The Office
- Dial into the Voice Portal's extension. (By default, this is 999. If this extension doesn't work for you, please contact LunaTech Support.)
- Press the star key *.
- Enter the Voice Portal's extension (may be called "Mailbox ID") again when prompted.
- Enter the Voice Portal's passcode when prompted followed by the # key. (This passcode was provided to your office admin, if you do not have it, please contact LunaTech Support.)
- Press 1 to change the Auto-Attendant greeting. (If you have multiple Auto-Attendants, the system will then ask you to enter the Auto-Attendant number that you want to change. This is the Auto-Attendant's extension.)

- Follow the system prompts from this point forward.
