Changing A Hunt Group Greeting

From Inside The Office

1. Dial the extension of the Hunt Group.
2. When you hear the Hunt Group's greeting, press the * key.
3. Enter the numerical passcode for the Hunt Group.
4. Follow the system prompts.

From Outside The Office

1. If you are able to access the hunt group from an auto attendant (i.e. by dialing the extension of the hunt group while listening to the auto attendant or by choosing an option in the auto attendant's menu that takes you to the hunt group), then do so by dialing the auto attendant's number (usually your main office number).
2. When you hear the Hunt Group's greeting, press the * key.
3. Enter the numerical passcode for the Hunt Group.
4. Follow the system prompts.
