How to Add an Exchange Account to Outlook for Mac

1. Open up your Outlook application.

2.  In the menu bar, click Outlook > Preferences.

3. Select Accounts.

 

4. Select the + sign at the bottom of the screen and then select Exchange.

 

5. Enter your email address in the Email Address field, choose User Name and Password under Method, enter your email address again under the User name field, and enter your password in the Password field.  Leave Configure automatically checked. Then select the Add Account button.
