Accessing the Email Archiving Interface

  1. Go to (no "www") in a web browser. If you get a security pop-up, hit "Continue."
    Select “My Services” settings for your mailbox and login with your email address and password.
  2. Click on “Email Archiving”
  3. Click on “Manage Your Archive” button. This will take you to the Email Archiving dashboard.
  4. From there, you can click on orange “Start new search” button.
  5. At the minimum, you need to include a name and a date range as part of your search. Then, click on “Save and display results” orange button on the bottom of the page.
